Each degree audit is unique and more information about a particular program can be found in the College Catalog.
A degree audit is an unofficial report on a student's progress through a program curriculum. It displays the requirements of the degree, technical diploma, and/or certificate along with concentrations students have declared by applying the student's coursework to the degree, technical diploma, and/or certificate requirements and evaluating the progress toward completion.
Important Notes about Degree Audits:
- It is not a transcript. It is an internal College document and not intended for distribution outside of the College.
- It is not the College Catalog. The College Catalog is the official curriculum document for the College.
- Substitutions or waivers approved by the appropriate divisional dean must be officially noted on the student's degree audit.
- It is not meant to replace proper advising. It is however meant to aid and assist students and advisers and to improve the advising process.
